Privacy Policy

The data controller is the publisher of the Staylo website (see the Legal notice). For any question about your data, write to contact@staylo.fr.

Account: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and (for email accounts) a password stored in encrypted form (never in clear text).

Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address (not your Google password).

Bookings: traveller information (first and last name), property, stay dates, amount and booking references.

Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your language preference. No card data is stored by Staylo.

Manage your account, process and track your bookings (performance of the contract).

Send you transactional emails: welcome, booking confirmation, cancellation, password reset (performance of the contract / legitimate interest).

Ensure the security of the service and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be shared with processors acting on our behalf: Brevo (transactional emails), our hotel inventory and payment partner (booking and payment processing), OVH (site hosting), and Google (only if you use Google sign-in).

These providers process your data only for the purposes described and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Booking data is kept for the period necessary to manage bookings and comply with our legal and accounting obligations, then archived or deleted.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@staylo.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
